Introductory Weight Lifting

Our weight lifting program is a customized strength training program for young athletes that addresses every muscle group in the body. Depending on the sport the youth plays, we will focus on particular areas of the body. We will also zone in on smaller muscle areas as well to build strength. Our weight lifting program is designed for those 12 years of age and older, however we work with all skill levels from beginner to advance.
