Speed and Agility Training - St. Charles, IL

Training ranges from fundamental drills to more advanced techniques depending on age and experience. Sports specific training is taught by trainers/coaches with experience at the professional, college (division 1,2 &3) and high school levels.


At Power Athletics, our drills and equipment are designed to strengthen fast-twitch muscles in order to maximize acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction. We teach the proper way to run, jump, land and cut. Additionally, our trainers will teach correct stretching techniques to increase flexibility and decrease chance of injury.
